CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Development and implementation of the Brand strategy and corporate identity.
• Build, plan and implement the overall Digital marketing strategy.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of all marketing campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Lead, supervise and motivate members of the marketing team.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, BA, …
• At least 5 - 6 years in the field of  Marketing.
• At least 02 years of experience in Marketing manager positions.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, website analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, ASO, PR, Content.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Confident and dynamic personality.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
• An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
