• Develop Marketing Strategy
• Oversee all marketing activities, initiatives and effective cost control
• Oversee all marketing activities, initiatives and effective cost control
• Motivate and train marketing team members for further development and improvement
• Lead Marketing team members

Digital

• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• B.S in Marketing, BA …
• At least 5 years in field of Marketing
• Mastering the Digital Marketing Strategy framework, media planning
• Experience in successful deployment of marketing campaigns on major online marketing channels (SEO, Facebook, Ad Networks, PR)
• Young, smart & active with crazy ideas for solving problems
• Experience in manager position at start-up company, media agency or relevant
