Technical Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in customer assessments, identifying requirements, and proposing suitable solutions.
- Present technical solutions, conduct Proof of Concept (PoC), and demo products.
- Prepare consulting documents and respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Analyze customers’ current network infrastructure and recommend security enhancements.
Network & Security Solution Design & Deployment:
- Design network and security architectures based on specific customer requirements.
- Recommend appropriate technologies to ensure high performance and data security.
- Support solution deployment, testing, and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Customer Relationship Management & Internal Training:
- Act as a technical liaison between the company and customers, ensuring a clear understanding of proposed solutions.
- Provide training and enhance the technical knowledge of the sales team.
- Stay updated on the latest networking and security technologies to provide better consulting services.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in presales, post-sale, solution architecture, or technical consulting in networking or cybersecurity.
- Experience working with Enterprise, Banking, and Data Center network systems is a plus.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of network systems (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, ACI, SD Access, MPLS, VPN, Wi-Fi…).
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers) from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper, Peplink, F5, Citrix.
- Experience in Wi-Fi solutions from vendors like Aruba, Meraki, Unifi.
- Strong knowledge of network security: IPS/IDS, WAF, SIEM, NAC, IAM, Zero Trust.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical thinking and quick decision-making skills.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with international clients and partners.
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Networking Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIE, etc.
- Firewall Certifications: NSE 4/7/8 (Fortinet), PCNSE (Palo Alto), CCSE/CCTE/CCSM/CCSM Elite (Checkpoint).
