- Architecture & Design: Define micro-architecture and write high-quality RTL code (Verilog/SystemVerilog) for SoC sub-systems and complex IP blocks.
- SoC Integration: Integrate IPs into top-level SoC, managing clock, reset, and power domains effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Perform Linting, CDC (Clock Domain Crossing), and RDC checks to ensure robust design.
- Synthesis & Optimization: Run Logic Synthesis and collaborate with Physical Design team to optimize PPA (Power, Performance, Area).
- Low Power Design: Implement power-saving techniques (UPF/CPF, Clock Gating).
- Collaboration: Work closely with Verification and FPGA teams to debug and validate designs.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC RTL design.
- Proficient in Verilog / SystemVerilog.
- Strong knowledge of AMBA Bus protocols (AXI, AHB, APB) and digital logic design.
- Experience with EDA tools: Synopsys DC, SpyGlass, VCS/Xcelium.
- Bonus: Experience with high-speed interfaces (MCU, PCIe, DDR, USB) or Image Processing is a huge plus!
