CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
- Understand product/feature and underlying implementation in-depth to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Create test plan, develop automated cross-functional tests, report bugs, and assess overall product quality of existing and new product features.
- Provide the testing approach, develop the automation test strategy, testing framework for automation testing projects.
- Work closely with Product Owner, Engineers, Project Managers, and x-functional teams to ensure the quality of products.
- Participate in training, coaching, recruitment, and technical interviewing, developing development orientation for the QC/QA team.
- Implement manual testing when the project needed.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related fields.
- Minimum 3+ years solid experience in Software Automation testing: Web, API, Microservices.
- Experience managing and integrating test automation into various points in a deployment Pipeline.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipeline such as GitLab CI.
- Experience with software life cycle and testing phases.
- Prove working knowledge of test cases, test plan and create test data.
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Skilled with cross-functional thinking and problem solving
- Ability to collaborate with team members.
- Relevant understanding or experience with Big Data technologies and distributed systems.
- Prior experience working as Team leader is a plus.
