• Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives for FPT Television's Digital Division.
• Managing and being responsible for all activities of the Digital Division.
• Build Digital Channels become the professional Digital Agency.
• Exploiting business effectively on Digital Channels.
• Build, Lead, supervise and motivate members of the Digital Division.
• Performing other tasks as required.
• Working in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, HCMC.
   

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Understanding digital platforms and having experience in building Digital Channel.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Ability to making and implement the strategy.
• Ability to plan, carry out, monitor periodic and long term plan implementation.
• Have skills to handle situation, solve the problem, communicate and present effectively.
• Ability to inspire and movtivate the staff to work effectively.
• Have skills to build training plan, organize and educate train and develop team.
• We are seeking only highly qualified and experienced applicants. This is a senior position.
