• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation.
• Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages.
• Scheduling upgrades, collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
• Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information to team leader and manager.
• Support – 24/7 operation and night shift work.
• Addresses work in Cambodia - Phnom Penh.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Male/Female, Graduate Univerity, information Technology industry, Electronics and telecommunication, Network...
• Prioritized with Network Certificate: CCNA / JNCIA/ CCNP.
• Have over 3 months experience in network device management (Network).
• Experience in equipment management of CISCO, JUNIPER, HUAWEI, ZTE …
• Experience in IT application support – 24/7 Operation.
• Experience in coordinating with partner/ users for ticket resolution.
• Working knowledge, understanding, and experience with telecommunication infrastructures.
• Good English communication.
