    CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

    • Develop and Implement Business Development Strategies:

    • Develop long-term partnership and business development strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and strategies.
    • Analyze new market opportunities and create action plans to capitalize on these opportunities, including local and international markets.
    • Propose new initiatives to expand the customer and partner network, thereby driving revenue growth.
    • Manage and Develop Strategic Partnerships:

    • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with companies, organizations, suppliers, technology partners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
    • Seek new collaboration opportunities with strategic partners to enhance value for the company.
    • Ensure strategic partnerships are maintained effectively and sustainably.
    • Lead and Manage the Business Development Team:

    • Manage, train, and develop the team in the Business Partnership and Development department, helping them enhance their skills and work performance.
    • Assign tasks to team members, ensuring that partnership projects and campaigns are implemented effectively.
    • Motivate and encourage creativity and innovation within the team.
    • Negotiate and Sign Partnership Agreements:

    • Lead negotiations with strategic partners, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders to sign partnership and collaboration agreements.
    • Ensure that partnership agreements maximize benefits for the company and include clear agreements on terms, obligations, and rights of all parties.
    • Coordinate with relevant departments (Legal, Finance) to ensure that partnership agreements fully comply with legal and financial regulations.
    • Analyze and Evaluate Partnership Effectiveness:

    • Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of partnerships and business collaborations, and propose improvement and optimization measures.
    • Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and assess the impact of partnership strategies on the company's revenue, costs, and profits.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development progress and partnership effectiveness, presenting them to the company's leadership.
    • Provide strategic recommendations based on analysis and results achieved from partnerships and business development strategies.
    • Market Analysis and Research:

    • Conduct market research and analysis, identify new opportunities, industry trends, and customer behavior to propose strategic partnership initiatives.
    • Stay updated on market information, competitors, and industry movements to develop appropriate partnership strategies.
    • Perform tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
    • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, finance, product, and customer service to ensure business development strategies are implemented synchronously and effectively.
    • Support departments in identifying collaboration opportunities in marketing campaigns, new products, and other business initiatives.

    YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
    • Professional certifications or degrees in business development or partner management are an advantage.
    • At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, partnership collaboration, or strategic management, with priority given to experience in telecommunications or information technology.
    • Business development mindset and Strong business acumen (sense).
    • Marketing expertise to work with partner brands.
    • Experience in leadership, team management, and strategic partnership management.
    • Experience in negotiating and signing contracts, and in developing effective partnership and business development strategies.
    • Understanding of FPT Telecom’s current products and services, a business mindset, and the ability to identify new sales solutions through integrated service packages.
    • Leadership and team management skills, ability to build and develop teams.
    • Excellent negotiation skills, ability to solve problems, and create mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
    • Strategic analysis and partnership effectiveness evaluation skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with partners, investors, and internal departments.
    • Solid knowledge of the market and related industries. Good command of English.
    • Responsible attitude towards work.

    Ban Truyền thông


    •  Phụ trách các hoạt động truyền thông, quảng bá hình ảnh Công ty ra bên ngoài;
    • Đại diện Công ty làm việc với các cơ quan thông tấn báo chí trong các hoạt động truyền thông bên ngoài: tổ chức họp báo, viết thông cáo báo chí, kiểm tra thông tin trên các phương tiện truyền thông bên ngoài;
    • Thiết kế và xuất bản ấn phẩm truyền thông các sản phẩm nội bộ và quảng cáo ra bên ngoài; soạn thảo tài liệu truyền thông và xây dựng thương hiệu cho Công ty; 
    •  Tổ chức và triển khai các chương trình/chiến dịch truyền thông nhằm nâng cao hình ảnh và uy tín của Công ty; 
    • Thiết lập mạng lưới và mối quan hệ hiệu quả với các bộ ngành quản lý truyền thông, cơ quan thông tấn báo chí; 
    •  Xây dựng kế hoạch, chính sách, quy trình làm việc với các cơ quan truyền thông và xử lý khủng hoảng truyền thông cho Công ty; 
    • Cung cấp và quản lý các kênh thông tin nội bộ.
