• Produce visual design (layout, UI, graphic) for based on wireframe provide.
• Incorporate usability testing feedback and interpreting that feedback into design solutions.
• Ensuring adherence to UX/UI guidelines across projects.
• Ability to clearly communicate and explain design decisions.
• Being creative and proactive.
• To track daily progress and communicate changes (and their impact) to management team.
• To work closely with front-end development teams, ensuring that the outcome is of high quality.
• To be part of project teams, delivering on-time and collaborating effectively with team-mates.
• To dedicate time to constant learning of the latest design, technology, and UI/UX techniques.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for software, Web application for cross-browser & Mobile applications for phones or tablets on iOS/Android.
• An appreciation of the importance of the smallest details.
• Mastery of core design concepts (composition & layout, color theory, typography, etc).
• Ability to collaborate and take input from others and learn quickly.
• Experience with user interface and visual design patterns.
• Understand the technical feasibilities and constraints.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma.
