• Next-Gen WiFi Optimization: Configure and troubleshoot various WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) to ensure optimal network performance and coverage.
• CPE Design: Design and optimize high-performance Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
• Security Expertise: Implement and analyze WiFi security protocols (WPA2, WPA3), utilizing deep knowledge of handshake, encryption, and authentication processes.
• RF Engineering: Perform advanced RF analysis using spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes. Apply knowledge of QAM, OFDMA, MU-MIMO, and antenna design (gain, patterns, beam-forming).
• Embedded & Development: Work with Linux and embedded Linux systems. Utilize C/C++ for system-level tasks and Python for network automation and tooling.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose complex network issues, troubleshoot RF interference, and optimize protocol performance (802.11k/v/r).
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve intricate networking issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of network infrastructure.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Networking Core: Strong foundation in networking concepts (QoS, VLAN, Routing). Professional knowledge equivalent to CCNP/CCIE is highly preferred.
• WiFi Mastery: In-depth understanding of IEEE standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) and roaming protocols (802.11k/v/r).
• RF Knowledge: Solid grasp of RF principles including Spatial Reuse, MU-MIMO, QAM, and OFDMA.
• Hardware Skills: Hands-on experience with RF tools (Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes) and familiarity with RF circuitry. Experience with RF circuit design is a big plus.
• Programming: Proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with Linux/Embedded Linux environments.
• Automation: Ability to write automation tools using Python or similar languages.
