We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated WiFi Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of computer networking with a focus on WiFi technologies and be proficient in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting wireless networks. This role requires strong knowledge of various WiFi standards, security protocols, RF fundamentals, and hands-on experience with network automation and RF tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) ensuring optimal network performance and coverage.
• Understanding WiFi security protocols including WPA2, WPA3, with a deep understanding of the handshake, encryption, and authentication processes.
• Perform RF analysis and troubleshooting using tools like spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes; experience with RF circuit design is a plus.
• Understanding QAM, OFDMA, and other RF encoding technologies.
• Understanding antenna design considerations including gain, power levels, antenna patterns, and beamforming techniques.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and optimize network performance.
• Automate network configuration writing tools using Python or other programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize WiFi performance and resolve intricate networking issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in WiFi technology and contribute to the continuous improvement of our network infrastructure.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation and proven experience in wireless networking and RF engineering. Strong preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate deep expertise in areas (1) and (2), proficiency in area (3) is considered a plus.

1. WiFi / Network Expert

• Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including QoS, VLAN, and routing.
• In-depth knowledge of WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) and security protocols (WPA2, WPA3), including encryption, handshake, and authentication mechanisms.
• Proficient in technical aspects of WiFi protocols and roaming enhancements: 802.11k, 802.11v, 802.11r.
• Professional knowledge in WiFi signal architecture and channel bonding (20/40/80/160 MHz) and its impact on interference and throughput.
• Holding industry certifications such as CWIP or other Certified Wireless credentials is a plus.

2. RF Engineer

• Strong understanding of RF principles including QAM, OFDMA, MU-MIMO, spatial reuse, and RF propagation in indoor environments (reflection, interference, wall penetration).
• Practical experience with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and network analyzers (VNA).
• Hands-on experience in RF circuit design and debugging using tools such as Qualcomm logs (caldata, fw_debug).
• Capable of evaluating and optimizing antenna designs for CPEs including PCB, PIFA, Dipole types, and performing VSWR measurements, gain testing, matching circuit analysis, and ground plane tuning within enclosure constraints.
• Experience working with RF Front-End components (LNA, PA, Switch, FEM) and tuning parameters such as TX power, TSSI calibration, and EFEM control via firmware/driver interfaces.

3. Embedded Systems Engineer

• Familiar with Linux and embedded Linux systems, especially in the context of WiFi or RF chipset driver development.
• Capable of debugging low-level firmware or interfacing with RF control modules via embedded systems.
