• Build and creating new projects, events for hiring fresher, internship for ensure depts annual needed
• Responsible for FPT Telecom brading that attractive both to IT & non-IT Cadidates
• Lead IT recruiters team (4 members)
• Other tasks as required from recruitment manager

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree
• At least 3 years experience in IT recruitment
• Good at IT candidates database both fresher, middle and senior level
• Good at negotiation skills, presentation, communication skills
• Good at using social networking site as facebook, linkedin, github for contacting with candidates or other recruiters for sharing candiates
• Good at contact with IT universities in HCM for receiving internship, fresher, join job fair event ...
• Prefer female, young, smart and active
• Open mindset for approaching new teniques for researching, headhunting and branding on internet
