CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Support the update, adjustment, and generation of reports on the ISM system.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant internal departments to complete project documentation, paperwork, and contracts with partners/vendors.
• Handle, organize, and maintain project-related documents and administrative records.
• Submit invoices and payment requests in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow up on the status of documents, requests, and related tasks to ensure timely completion.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Basic knowledge of Information Technology (IT).
• Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, and able to effectively track and follow up on tasks.
• Basic English reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and document management skills.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
• Candidates with experience in IT Administration, Project Administration, Project Coordination, or Document Control are preferred.
