About the Job
FPT Telecom is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our E-Commerce Division (ECOM). In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of key software development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Execution
- Develop comprehensive Project Plans, create detailed WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), timeline, and milestones.
- Manage project Scope, strictly control Change Requests (CRs) to align with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate Risks, Issues, and Dependencies proactively.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary Focal Point for all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Coordinate internal tasks within the Product Development Team (PTSP) and facilitate collaboration across multiple teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Prepare and present periodic project status reports to senior management.
3. Requirement Management & Deployment
- Collaborate with BAs/POs to clarify business requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Dev, Test, DevOps) to execute the project roadmap.
- Oversee the entire release lifecycle: Development -> Testing -> UAT -> Go-live.
4. Quality Assurance & Process Compliance
- Ensure all projects strictly adhere to the company’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and enforce internal quality standards.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Omnichannel Sales, or Data domains.
Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Software Architecture (sufficient for management-level communication).
- Proficiency in Project Planning & Scheduling tools.
- Strong Risk Management and Change Management capabilities.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus)
- Professional certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
- Background in BA / Tech / Product Management.
- Domain knowledge in Retail, Telecommunications, or Subscription Services.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex systems with multiple parallel teams.
