IT Support

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Customer's internal software: staff will receive requests and resolve level 1 issues. Level 2 issues will be escalated to the customer's internal IT staff.
• Install computers for employees upon request.
• Support hardware diagnostics and install hardware devices into computers.
• Guide users and manage LAN and Wi-Fi network connections.
• Support users in troubleshooting issues related to office printers, ink, and scanners.
• Support checking and updating Windows patches and antivirus software.
• Troubleshoot outdoor Internet cable connection loss (ISP).
• Check disconnected network devices. Check LAN cables.
• Check camera signals, DVRs (CCTV, issue access control cards for users).
• Create weekly and monthly reports on user support incidents.
• Create hardware replacement reports.
• Manage equipment provisioning and IT assets (laptops, desktops, excluding tablets and printers) recorded on the client's system. 
• Monitor server room systems (VMs, servers, Core Switch, Firewall, CCTV, cooling systems, access control). 
• Support basic network cabling (no climbing required). - Assign user permissions for shared drives.
• Support regular internal company meetings.
   

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support 
• Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
• Good knowledge of IT Helpdesk technologies, hardware, software, and basic networking 
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and user-related issues 
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common IT applications 
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting 
• Experience with IT ticketing / ITSM systems and incident management
