- FPT Telecom is searching for a hands-on AI Compiler Engineer who thrives at the convergence of cutting-edge AI, compiler tech, and hardware design.
Key responsibilities:
- Dispatch/prefetch/synchronization performance analysis and optimization in the NPU runtime execution path.
- Development of data processing optimization such as data movement, memory utilization, pipelining, and tiling.
- NPU device abstraction and User/Kernel mode driver development.
- Performance, latency, and power efficiency analysis and optimization based on AI model workloads.
- Runtime package porting/optimization for Multi-OS (Linux, Android).
- Multi-NPU device virtualization/scheduler development and performance optimization.
- Kernel/Ops development and performance optimization.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- C/C++ based System software development skills and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in Linux/Android based software build/performance analysis/debugging/deployment.
- Understanding of execution characteristics and performance optimization experience of DeepLearning/Transformer-based AI models.
- High-performance computing/parallel programming/concurrency-based software development and optimization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing SDKs and NN runtimes based on HW accelerators such as GPU/NPU/TPU.
- Experience in kernel-level optimization (tiling, vectorization, data movement optimization, DMA/NoC).
- Experience in developing and mass-producing High-end Camera semiconductor system SW.
