🔬 YOUR JOURNEY AT FPT TELECOM
- Material & Technology Exploration: Undergo training to research and evaluate cutting-edge materials for Outside Plant (OSP), such as advanced fiber optics, micro-ducts, and innovative passive network components.
- Global Vendor Engagement: Accompany senior experts on business trips to various countries to meet international vendors. You will participate in technical workshops, evaluate product roadmaps, and learn how to negotiate for effective technology purchasing.
- Research & Data Analysis: Dive deep into telecom infrastructure data. You will analyze technical specifications and durability tests to provide data-driven insights that increase FPT’s market competitiveness.
- Trial Innovation: Assist in designing and executing Lab & Field trials for next-gen technologies (XGS-PON, 25G-PON, and beyond).
- Strategic Reporting: Synthesize global technology trends into actionable reports for management.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Education: Recent graduates (or < 1 year experience) with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Core Technical Understanding:
- Fundamental understanding of fiber-optic communications, Optical Distribution Networks (ODN), and the physical architecture of Outside Plant (OSP).
- Familiarity with transmission concepts and broadband access network technologies (FTTH, GPON, XGS-PON).
- Genuine interest in material science for telecom (e.g., optical fiber coatings, cable tensile strength, outdoor enclosures, micro-ducts, environmental durability).
- R&D Mindset: A strong passion for "How things work." Excellent research skills and the ability to self-study complex technical whitepapers.
- Data-Driven Thinking: Proficient in quantitative analysis—comfortable gathering, processing, and interpreting experimental data, field-test metrics, and cost-performance ratios using tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, Python, or MATLAB.
- English Fluency (Mandatory): IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent. Confident in verbal communication, as you will be working directly with foreign partners and traveling abroad.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable with numbers and data. Proficiency in Excel or data tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills, critical thinking, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Mobility: Ready and excited for international business trips.
