1. R&D & Lab/Field Trials
- Research, test and evaluate next-generation optical transmission technologies, OLT/ONT equipment, FTTH materials and components.
- Conduct laboratory and field trials to assess network performance, reliability and technical feasibility.
2. Network Planning & Optimization
- Analyze network data and propose solutions for the design, planning and optimization of FTTx access networks.
- Ensure network solutions comply with relevant ITU-T and IEEE standards.
3. Digitalization, AI & Automation
- Research and develop automated processes to improve network operations.
- Apply AI, AI Agents and data analytics to enhance network monitoring, troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
4. Digital Infrastructure Management
- Inspect and evaluate infrastructure quality at telecom stations, POPs and sites.
- Standardize and manage OSP, GIS and Network Asset Management data.
5. Next-Generation Technology
- Research and participate in the deployment and evaluation of next-generation access technologies such as XGS-PON and 25G-PON.
6. Technical Analysis & Innovation
- Investigate complex network and infrastructure issues, identify root causes and propose technical improvements.
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations based on data and field observations.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics & Telecommunications, Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of optical transmission, Access Network Architecture and ODN (Optical Distribution Network).
- Good knowledge of FTTH, GPON, XGS-PON and OSP (Outside Plant) networks.
- Ability to apply AI/AI Agents and data analytics to improve work processes and network operations.
- Good command of technical English, with the ability to read technical documentation and communicate, present and discuss technical topics with international vendors and partners.
ENGLISH REQUIREMENT — IELTS 6.5+
- IELTS 6.5 or higher is REQUIRED.
- Strong English communication skills, especially in technical discussions and presentations.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- Confident in communicating, presenting and discussing technical solutions directly with international vendors and technology partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GIS and Network Asset Management.
- Basic programming skills in Python, Shell Script or other automation tools.
- Experience in Lab/Field Trials, R&D or network equipment evaluation.
- Experience working with telecom equipment vendors is a plus.
