We are looking for a driven Product Executive (3+ years of experience) to drive the execution and continuous improvement of our consumer-facing AI Camera platform. You will act as the bridge between product vision and technical delivery, ensuring that features across mobile and web are launched on time with high quality and a seamless user experience.
- Feature Ownership: Collaborate with the Product Lead to transform the high-level roadmap into actionable execution plans for Mobile & Web.
- Requirement Engineering: Deep dive into user needs to write detailed PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria for our Engineering and AI/ML teams.
- Agile Execution: Act as a dedicated Product Owner within Scrum teams; manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and lead daily stand-ups/sprint planning.
- Technical & AI Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering to optimize video streaming stability and coordinate with AI teams to implement smart features like motion detection and object classification.
- Data-Driven Growth: Monitor KPIs, analyze user funnels (via Amplitude/Google Analytics), and execute A/B tests to identify areas for UX/UI improvement.
- Launch Coordination: Work with Design, QA, Marketing, and Ops to ensure flawless feature rollouts and gather post-launch feedback.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Executive, Associate PM, or Business Analyst for consumer-facing digital products.
- Platform Knowledge: Solid hands-on experience with Mobile Apps (iOS/Android) and Web Applications.
- Agile Proficiency: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA) to interpret user behavior and make data-backed decisions.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical constraints into business language and vice versa.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for documentation and cross-border collaboration.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience with AI, Computer Vision, IoT, or Smart Home products.
- Basic understanding of video streaming protocols (WebRTC, HLS, RTSP) or video codecs.
- Experience working in high-growth tech companies or startups.
