To take full responsibility for managing and executing ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects from the
initiation phase to final acceptance, ensuring strict adherence to the Contract and quality standards.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the full ELV project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work directly with the Client/Investor, Supervision Consultant, Main Contractor and other dependent construction units.
- Sub-contractor Management: Coordinate and manage 02-05 sub-contractors effectively.
- Site Control: Oversee installation, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and final acceptance processes.
- Issue Management: Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), Change Requests, Claims, and Escalations.
- Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to all relevant stakeholders.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and control ELV projects; take full accountability for project outcomes.
- Capability to manage relationships with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors at a strategic level.
- Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and controlling project risks.
- Ensure project compliance with the Contract and internal processes/regulations.
- Control technical changes and ELV system configurations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification: PMP or PMI-CP certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in an equivalent role.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in Hospitality projects (Hotels, Resorts, High-end Buildings) is a strong advantage.
- Language: Communicative English (Equivalent to IELTS 4.0 – 5.0)
