CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
  • Provide timely technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues at the Ho Chi Minh City office, as requested by the regional IT department.
  • Support end-users with cloud-based IT applications and contribute to the expansion and integration of technologies within the company.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues as they arise; perform regular maintenance on IT equipment.
  • Collaborate in managing system configuration and IT infrastructure administration tasks.
  • Support and manage Apple hardware and software, including MacBooks and iMacs.
  • Operate and manage meeting room equipment and video conferencing systems.
  • Coordinate between two office locations for video events, conferences, and executive/management-level meetings.
  • Collaborate with regional Level 2 IT teams and external vendors/partners to address IT-related requirements.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (in collaboration with third parties and internal teams).
  • Handle procurement, setup, and distribution of IT equipment; manage IT asset inventory.
  • Log incidents and work closely with vendors to resolve device-related issues and replace components for listed IT equipment (e.g., Logitech, Google Chrome-box, etc.).
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to supervisors.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.
  • Demonstrate empathy and deliver personalized interactions and experiences to users/customers across all touchpoints (both online and offline).
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
  • Male or female, preferably under 35 years old, with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College degree or higher in Information Technology, Network Administration, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems and hardware, especially MacBook and iMac.
  • Proficient and experienced with Apple products and the macOS operating system.
  • Understanding of video conferencing systems, especially Google Meet and Logitech equipment.
  • Good knowledge of document management systems and workflow support services.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • International certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or MCSE are a plus.
  • EProficient in English communication.xperience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Jamf is an advantage.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong service orientation.
  • Working hours: Monday to  Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
