  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential BFSI clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in BFSI organizations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and FPT Telecom International, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Understand clients’ business challenges and objectives to deliver customized telecom and IT solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of BFSI clients, ensuring continuous growth and retention.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to align on goals, performance, and future opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure beneficial outcomes for both the client and FPT Telecom International.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product development, customer service, and technical support to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the product and service teams to enhance offerings based on client needs and market demands.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management within the BFSI sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in telecommunications and IT solutions tailored to the BFSI industry is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of the BFSI market, including industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
