CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
  • Create and evaluate legal documents and contracts related to the company's business operations.
  • Assist and counsel the BOD/ Business Unit on legal matters in commercial and investment-related negotiations with partners and clients.
  • Resolving issues during legal conflicts, particularly those involving state entities.
  • Provide legal advice and adhere to all legal requirements for the operations and investments of the Head Office and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage the legal affairs of the company's investment portfolio.
  • Carry out additional legal department responsibilities as delegated by the line manager and BOD.
  • Personalized experiences and interactions should be created for users and consumers across all touch points including online and offline contact channels.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience working as a Legal Executive, Legal Counselor, or similar role
  • Good understanding of Vietnam's legal system and regulations
  • Experience in consulting with global partners and clients.
  • Experience in working and solving issues related to state agencies
  • Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
