- Develop and implement a strategic information security program that aligns with business objectives and risk tolerance.
- Lead the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks.
- Manage the incident response process and ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Manage and develop the information security team.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Conduct security awareness training and education programs for employees.
- Collaborate with other departments across the organization to ensure a holistic approach to information security.
- Report to senior management on the status of information security program and risks.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful information security programs.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, …).
- Expert in the following at least 2 topics list below: antiDDoS, WAF, API Security, Zero Trust, SASE, XDR, Passwordless, Pentest and Managed SOC
- Technical experience at least one or two of the following vendors: CloudFlare, Akamai, Arbor, Radware, Palo Alto Networks, F5, Fortinet, Check Point Software, SentinelOne, StellarCyber, Wmware and Cisco
- Proficiency with common cybersecurity tools and technologies, and a strong knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, trends, and mitigation strategies
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, CISM,... are preferred
- Strong understanding of information security technologies and controls.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate security risks into business terms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
