• Collect, clean, and preprocess data to ensure high-quality inputs for model training.

• Select and apply suitable machine learning algorithms to address business problems.

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

• Research and develop continual learning and personalization algorithms to enhance user experiences.

• Build AI-driven features such as:

  • Search recommendation (e.g., auto-suggest queries based on trends and user behavior),

  • Content-based and collaborative filtering models for movie recommendations,

  • User profiling and behavior analysis to tailor experiences across the platform.

• Evaluate and compare algorithm performance, ranking them based on success probability and efficiency.

• Deploy models into production environments and ensure robust performance and scalability.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

• Proficient in Python or R, with clean and maintainable coding practices.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Solid knowledge of data statistics and analytical techniques.

• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and big data technologies for large-scale data processing.

• Ability to think critically, solve problems effectively, and communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Experience in deploying machine learning models into real-time or cloud-based environments.

• Participation in AI/ML competitions or contributions to open-source AI projects.

• Familiarity with MLOps best practices and model monitoring tools.

• A product-oriented mindset with an understanding of user-centric AI applications.
