Industrial Design:
- Concept Development: Research market trends and user behavior to sketch and develop new product concepts.
- Technical Design: Create detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D models for product development.
- Manufacturing Optimization: Select appropriate materials, colors (CMF), and ensure compatibility with manufacturing processes.
- Product Realization: Collaborate with R&D teams and manufacturing partners to build prototypes and validate product functionality.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain complete technical documentation for mass production and continuous design improvements.
Graphic Design:
- Packaging Design: Design packaging systems, labels, and user manuals with strong aesthetics and clear communication.
- Visual Communication: Develop marketing materials such as banners, posters, catalogs, and brochures.
- Multimedia Content: Produce high-quality 3D renderings and product videos for websites and social media channels.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or related design fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial and/or graphic design roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong experience with 3D design tools such as Rhino, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
- Good rendering skills (e.g., KeyShot) with strong sense of form, color, and materials.
- Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes (plastic injection, metal, packaging production).
- Creative mindset with strong focus on usability and user experience.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and brand-oriented design.
- Good project management, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer electronics or industrial product development.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both industrial and graphic design capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, marketing).
- Ability to handle end-to-end product design from concept to production.
