IT Recruitment executive

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Responsible for hiring IT cadidates such as: Web, App, Back End, Front End, Network, System, DBA, IOT, ... arround 200 candidates/year
• Requirement analizing, post job, screen CV, arrange interview and join/discuss with candidates for all information about positons, company culture, environment, compensation, dealing salary
• Head-hunting some hard positions, managers, leaders ...
• Build and creating new projects, events for hiring fresher, internship for ensure depts annual needed
• Responsible for FPT Telecom brading that attractive both to IT & non-IT Cadidates
• Other tasks as required from recruitment manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor degree
• At least 1 years experience in IT recruitment or 2 years as recruiter
• Good at IT candidates database both fresher, middle and senior level
• Good at negotiation skills, presentation and communication
• Good at using social networking site as facebook, linkedin, github for contacting candidates or other recruiters for sharing candiates
• Good at contact with IT universities in HCM for receiving internship, fresher, join job fair event ...
• Prefer female, young, smart and active
• Open mindset for approaching new teniques for researching, headhunting and branding on internet
