1. Technical Solutions:

• Provide consultation and design IT infrastructure solutions, including network systems, Data Centers, Cloud, Security, etc., tailored to specific business needs.
• Develop products/solutions for sales.
• Prepare technical documentation to support sales activities.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and product introductions.
• Proactively seek, engage, and build relationships with partners and customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales staff to engage customers and develop sales strategies.

2. Support for Product Development and Implementation:

• Provide technical support during project implementation.
• Define requirements for commercial product development.

3. Other Responsibilities:

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.

• Possession of international technical certifications (e.g., MCSE, LPI, RHCE, Unix, VMWare) is a strong advantage.

• Proven hands-on experience in deploying enterprise-level system solutions.

• Solid experience in consulting and implementing system solutions from major vendors such as DELL, IBM, HPE, ORACLE, etc.

• Strong foundational knowledge of system, network, software, application, and hardware technologies.

• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical documentation.

• Demonstrated capability in project planning, strategic thinking, and managing complex technical initiatives.
