About the Product
We are building a large-scale AI Camera Platform, consisting of cutting-edge Mobile Applications (iOS/Android) and Web Applications. Our platform provides real-time video streaming and AI-powered intelligent features (smart detection, alerts, search, and analytics) to millions of mass-market users.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to drive the end-to-end product development of our consumer-facing AI Camera Platform. In this role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution across mobile apps, web apps, AI intelligence, and video streaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Planning
- Define and own the product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap for both Mobile and Web AI Camera applications.
- Translate user needs and business goals into clear Product Requirements (PRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
- Define and track OKRs to ensure measurable product outcomes.
- Monitor market trends and competitors in the AI Camera, Smart Security, and Video Streaming sectors.
2. Product Execution & Management
- Act as the Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams, managing the backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization.
- Coordinate with Design, QA, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth feature launches.
- Work closely with Engineering teams on real-time video streaming, playback, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver high-impact AI-powered features (smart detection, classification, alerts, insights).
3. Product Analytics & Optimization
- Lead product analytics: Define KPIs, analyze funnels, retention, and engagement across mobile and web platforms.
- Design and execute A/B testing to optimize UX, feature adoption, and conversion rates.
- Conduct usability testing to continuously improve user experience.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager for Consumer Digital Products.
- Strong experience working with Mobile Apps (iOS/Android) and Web Applications.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Proven track record of defining and managing OKRs.
- Previous experience building Mass Internet Products with millions of users.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of Video Streaming concepts (live streaming, latency, playback, scalability).
- Strong skills in Product Analytics (funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, conversion) and practical experience running A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to have (Preferred):
- Experience with AI, Computer Vision, Smart Camera, or IoT products.
- Knowledge of real-time systems, video codecs, or streaming protocols.
- Experience with Freemium, Subscription, or In-app Monetization models.
- Background in fast-growing consumer tech companies.
