As a Sales Manager at FPT Telecom International (FTI), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our cloud, system integrated solutions, overseeing the sales team, and implementing strategies to meet business objectives. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales efforts.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the sales team (~7-10 members) to ensure high performance, including recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the telecommunications and IT sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical, product development, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the system-integrated solutions, cloud communication, or technology/telecom industry (compulsory).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
