CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

  • Build, manage, train, and develop the business team to achieve the assigned business plan goals. (Cyber Security Solutions)

  • Establish and expand a network of domestic corporate customers.

  • Analyze customer needs, assess their digital transformation status, and identify their technology application requirements.

  • Design and propose/consult/demo FTI services to customers.

  • Provide consulting and support throughout the service implementation process.

  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate customers before, during, and after sales, offering service upgrades or promoting additional services.

  • Build and develop a team of empathetic employees who deliver personalized interactions and experiences to users/customers across online and offline channels at all touchpoints. Foster a collaborative work culture, promote employee engagement, and enhance productivity.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a Sales Manager or relevant leadership role.

    • Proven track record in selling Cyber Security solutions or related technology products and services.

    • Experience in managing and developing sales teams to achieve business goals.

  • Education:

    • College degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of Telecom/IT services and market trends.

    • Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.

    • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.

    • Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in B2B environments.

    • Knowledge of Cyber Security compliance standards and regulations is a plus.

    • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.

  • Age: 30-45 years old (flexible based on experience and qualifications).
