    CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

    HEAD OF SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING.

    Social Media Strategy Planning:

    • Develop and implement an overall social media strategy for the company, including platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
    • Ensure that the Social Media marketing strategy is aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy.
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive business objectives.

    Social Media Channel Management:

    • Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, including posting content, responding to customers, and maintaining consistent interaction with the community.
    • Create and implement creative and diverse content (posts, images, videos, livestreams, etc.) to attract and retain followers.
    • Coordinate with other departments (such as Marketing, PR, and Design) to develop high-quality content that aligns with strategic objectives.

    Enhancing Engagement and Building Community:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with followers, customers, and social media community groups.
    • Develop strategies to stimulate interaction (likes, comments, shares) and create positive conversations around the brand.
    • Manage promotional campaigns and grow organic followers for the company's social media channels.

    Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower count, engagement rate, website traffic growth, and conversions from social media.
    • Provide regular reports on social media performance and propose strategic improvements.
    • Make data-driven decisions based on insights from analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to optimize strategy.

    Social Media Budget Management:

    • Plan and monitor the budget for social media advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum effectiveness with reasonable costs.
    • Analyze and optimize paid ad campaigns to achieve the best results.

    Community Monitoring and Response:

    • Monitor comments, questions, and feedback from customers on social media channels.
    • Ensure that customer issues and requests are addressed promptly, while maintaining a positive brand image.
    • Ensure that messages on social media are aligned with the company's policies and values.

    Social Media Marketing Team Management:

    • Build and manage the team within the Social Media Management department.
    • Train and develop team members’ skills in social media tools and strategies.
    • Develop training content for the Sales team to use social media as a sales driver.

    Trend Research and Content Creation:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the social media industry, including new features, algorithms, and user behavior.
    • Generate innovative ideas to improve content, enhance engagement, and drive more effective campaigns.

    YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

    • Bachelor's degree or higher.
    • Major in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
    • At least 5 years of experience in social media management or digital communication, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
    • Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing online communication campaigns, especially on TikTok.
    • Experience working at platform companies is a significant advantage.
    • Knowledge of customer insights for social media channels and social media trends for customer groups in the Vietnamese and global markets. A thorough understanding of the TikTok platform, and owning a TikTok channel with >100,000 followers.
    • Knowledge of how to operate and leverage social media channels to meet marketing and business objectives.
    • Proficient in managing social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
    • Ability to write creative, persuasive, and easily understandable content.
    • Ability to analyze data, and use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
    • Ability to plan strategies and manage projects.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Creative mindset and ability to find innovative solutions, and content creation skills.
    • Effective leadership and team management skills.
    • Open to new ideas, curious, and enthusiastic about new trends, a quick learner, and can quickly adapt to the latest trends in social media.
    • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
