We are seeking a visionary Software Architect to lead the design of high-performance, scalable Microservices & AI-integrated systems.

YOUR MISSION:

• Define and oversee the implementation of software architectures, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability for real-time streaming & AI solutions.
• Architectural Design: Lead the design of Microservices & Event-driven systems integrating AI modules (Face Rec, Intrusion Detection). Define principles, tech standards, and core components for Media processing, AI integration, and device management.
• Performance & Scale: Design high-throughput API Gateways (Kong/Nginx/gRPC). Optimize streaming, caching, and load balancing to handle massive concurrent connections.
• Data & Storage: Architect cost-effective storage (S3, MinIO) and robust DB systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ) for consistency and fault tolerance.
• Technical Leadership: Guide Senior/Lead Developers, conduct code/architecture reviews, and enforce best practices.
• DevOps & Security: Design CI/CD, monitoring (K8s, Prometheus, Grafana), and end-to-end security architectures (JWT, OAuth2, E2EE).
• R&D: Research new tech trends and collaborate with AI/Product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in backend development, with 2+ years as a Software Architect/Technical Lead. Strong background in Microservices, DDD, Clean Architecture.
• Tech Stack:
• Languages: Python, Go, or Node.js.
• DB & Queue: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, MQTT.
• APIs: RESTful, WebSocket, gRPC.
• Media Streaming: Deep expertise in RTSP, HLS, WebRTC, FFmpeg, GStreamer, and low-latency optimization.
• Cloud & DevOps: K8s, Docker, CI/CD, Cloud Native principles, Object storage optimization.
• Bonus: Experience in AI Streaming Pipelines, Edge AI, Camera standards (ONVIF), and E2EE Security.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong systems thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication capabilities.
• Proactive problem solver in Agile environments.
