ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive System Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our core server and storage systems (both on-premise and virtualized). You will ensure high availability, performance, and security for our Database services while driving automation initiatives to optimize daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Infrastructure Design & Implementation:
- Design, deploy, and operate physical and virtual server/storage systems.
- Ensure infrastructure stability, allocating sufficient resources and performance for critical Database services.
- Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to guarantee continuous service uptime.
- Execute robust database backup strategies following the 3-2-1 backup rule.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, operational checklists, and security protocols.
2. Operation Support & Maintenance:
- Manage end-to-end backup and restore processes, monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and enforce system security.
- Perform periodic maintenance, upgrades, and system optimizations. Conduct hardware inspections, replacements, and server upgrades.
- Strictly adhere to operational procedures (SOPs), generate required reports, and participate in system audits.
- Engage in annual infrastructure upgrade projects, including inventory and IT asset management.
3. Automation & Continuous Improvement:
- Build and implement automated workflows to streamline system operations and reduce manual tasks.
- Deploy and utilize advanced automation tools like n8n or OpenClaw to enhance team efficiency and operational agility.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Engineer, System Administrator, or similar IT roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Server & Storage administration (Linux/Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox).
- Deep understanding of Backup/Restore strategies (3-2-1 rule) and HA/DR concepts.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., n8n, OpenClaw, Ansible, Shell Scripting, Python) is a strong plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, proactive mindset, and ability to write clear technical documentation.
