As a Senior Edge AI Engineer, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI research and our custom AI Silicon. Your mission is to optimize Deep Learning models (CNN, Transformer, LLM) to run with peak efficiency on our NPU, balancing latency, accuracy, and power consumption for Edge and Automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Optimization: Implement and optimize SOTA AI models for autonomous driving and intelligent vision on Edge devices.
- Software Stack Development: Build and optimize the NPU Software Stack, including AI Compilers (TVM, MLIR) and Runtime Engines.
- Model Compression: Lead the implementation of Quantization (INT8/FP16), Pruning, and Knowledge Distillation techniques to fit high-performance models onto constrained hardware.
- Custom Kernel Development: Develop high-performance custom operators and kernels optimized for the NPU hardware architecture.
- Profiling & Performance Tuning: Analyze memory bandwidth, latency, and power consumption to eliminate bottlenecks in the AI execution path.
- Cross-platform Integration: Deploy and optimize AI workloads across Linux, Android, or QNX environments.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML Systems, Embedded AI, or Deep Learning Deployment.
- Technical Stack: Expert level in C++ and Python. Deep understanding of DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Runtime Expertise: Hands-on experience with optimization tools like TensorRT, TFLite, TVM, or OpenVINO.
- Hardware Awareness: Solid understanding of GPU/NPU/TPU architectures and parallel programming.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Automotive AI (ADAS, In-Vehicle Infotainment).
- Previous experience working with hardware design teams to define ISA (Instruction Set Architecture) for AI Accelerators.
