• Security Architecture &Management:
  • Design, implement, and maintain security controls and measures for networks, systems, applications, and data.
  • Evaluate and implement security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, VPNs, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security tools.
  • Monitor and analyze security events from various security tools and logs to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches, performing root cause analysis and resolution.
• Microsoft Security Solutions:
  • Implement and configure Microsoft security products and solutions, such as MS Defender, MS Sentinel, Azure AD, and MS Intune.
  • Manage and secure Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring appropriate access controls, encryption, and security measures.
  • Administer Azure security and identity management, including Azure AD, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and security policies.
  • Ensure proper configuration and governance of Microsoft Cloud environments (Azure) for security compliance.
• Security Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular security audits to ensure systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Management: Keep current with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and cyber attack trends to inform the development of appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration with other IT teams to ensure a unified approach to security. Provide guidance and training to staff and users on security best practices and risk awareness.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

 

1. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, EDR, EDR, SOAR, vulnerability scanners)
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in technical security and cyber security roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft security tools and technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Azure AD, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Experience with security incident response, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and cloud security

2. Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting or automation of security tasks.
• Knowledge of advanced persistent threats (APTs), malware analysis, and threat hunting techniques.
• Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems

3. Personal Attributes:

• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing security measures.
