CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

Core Development:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize firmware for high-performance CPE devices (Wi-Fi Routers, Access Points, Modems) based on Embedded Linux (OpenWrt, RDK-B, or proprietary SDKs).

• Integrate and customize Wi-Fi drivers and SoC Board Support Packages (BSP) for optimal performance.

Wi-Fi & Networking Optimization:

• Configure, tune, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be - Wi-Fi 6/6E/7) to ensure maximum throughput, coverage, and stability.

• Implement and debug advanced Wi-Fi features such as Roaming (802.11k/v/r), Mesh networking, Beam-forming, MU-MIMO, and OFDMA.

• Ensure robust network security by implementing WPA2/WPA3 protocols, analyzing handshake processes, and encryption mechanisms.

System Debugging & Tuning:

• Diagnose complex networking issues (latency, packet loss, connection drops) using analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, UART logs).

• Collaborate with the Hardware/RF team to calibrate RF parameters (Gain, Power levels, Antenna patterns) via firmware configurations to meet performance requirements.

• Develop automation scripts/tools (Python, Shell) for testing, configuration, and mass production support.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• At least 02 years of experience in Embedded Software/Firmware engineering (focus on Networking/Wi-Fi devices is a plus).

Technical Skills:

• Programming: Proficient in C/C++ and Scripting languages (Python/Shell/Bash).

• Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Linux/Embedded Linux (Kernel, User-space, Device Drivers, Cross-compilation). Experience with OpenWrt is a huge advantage.

• Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP stack, Routing, Switching, VLAN, QoS, NAT, DHCP, etc.

• Wi-Fi Expertise: Deep understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards and RF principles (QAM, OFDMA, CSMA/CA). Experience with Wi-Fi chipsets (Qualcomm, MediaTek, Realtek, Broadcom) is preferred.

Soft Skills & Mindset:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and debug hardware-software interactions.

• Ability to read hardware schematics and datasheets.

• Good command of technical English (reading datasheets, specifications).
